  2. Candidates may be employed on a temporary, permanent or temp to perm conversion basis. In cases where it is desirable to employ a candidate on a temporary basis, we are able to provide all services needed. We take care of all payroll issues including tax deductions. You authorize the hours and we issue the paychecks. In this circumstance, the candidate is our employee and assigned to your company. This service is very useful in filling short-term needs or where it is necessary to delay permanent employment, but your need is immediate.
  3. Our network, of more than 750 offices consisting of near 5000 recruiters, can help you successfully deal with the challenges of outsourcing, cost containment, staff upgrades and single-sourcing. You form a partnership with CNG to solve problems, meet demands for growth and control staffing costs while improving efficiency.
  4. Our follow-up services with placed candidates ensure optimum communication enhancing client ability to retain candidates and reduce turnover.
  5. We will, upon your request, provide a basic reference check. It includes employment history and educational and professional credential verification. This level of reference check is a value-added part of our service. Should a client desire more extensive reference checking (i.e.: criminal, driving record, credit, drug testing, etc.) it is available at a highly competitive cost through our professional reference organization.
